Why Normaly Exists
Normaly was built after years of working hands-on with NetSuite and Celigo systems — not as a consultant dropping in and out, but as the person responsible for keeping everything running day to day.
Working across teams and reporting directly to leadership gave me a clear view of where things actually break. Most teams weren’t struggling because of bad tools. They were struggling because ownership was unclear, systems were overbuilt, documentation was missing, and there was no support model for moments like growth, transitions, or peak periods.
That’s why Normaly is structured the way it is.
We saw the same gaps repeat across companies:
