1. Services

Normaly provides professional consulting, audit, implementation, integration, and support services related to enterprise software systems. Services are delivered based on the scope defined in the purchased service, agreement, or SKU.

Services are professional services only and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Grant necessary system access

  • Approve work before execution

  • Revoke access upon project completion

Delays or issues caused by incomplete access or inaccurate information are the client’s responsibility.

3. System Access

Clients may grant temporary, role-based access to systems in scope. Access levels vary by service type and may include elevated permissions where required. Normaly applies least-privilege access principles at all times.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and use it solely for purposes of service delivery.

5. Payments

Payments are due as specified at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Payment methods may include card, ACH, or approved pay-over-time options.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Normaly’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. Normaly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of Normaly LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
