Delivery Process

1. Discovery Call
We start with an initial call to understand your goals, current setup, and constraints. This call is focused on clarity and fit.

3. Confirmation & Next Steps
You receive a confirmation email outlining next steps, timelines, and any required information or access.

5. Project Plan & Scope Confirmation
A detailed project plan and scope outline are shared, typically within 48–72 hours, depending on complexity.

7. Workspace & Access Setup
You’re granted access to a shared Notion dashboard for task tracking, documentation, updates, and approvals. Required system access is also coordinated.

9. Execution & Ongoing Communication
Work is executed according to plan, with regular updates, stakeholder communication, and approvals as required by the service.

11. Post-Deployment Support Begins
A complimentary 2-week Post-Deployment Support (PDS) period begins, focused on stabilization, monitoring, and bug fixes.

13. Offboarding & Ownership Transfer
At the end of PDS, ownership is formally transferred, access is reviewed, and the engagement is closed out cleanly.

2. Service Selection & Checkout
Based on the discussion, a recommended service is confirmed. Engagement begins once checkout is completed on the website.

4. Kickoff & Information Gathering
We conduct a kickoff session to align on scope, stakeholders, expectations, and success criteria. Relevant project details and inputs are collected.

6. Client Approval
Work proceeds only after explicit client approval. This approval authorizes service commencement and confirms scope.

8. Service Commencement
Once work begins, the engagement transitions to a non-refundable state, and implementation, audit, or build activities start.

10. Production Deployment
Approved changes are moved to production following validation and confirmation.

12. Documentation & Training
We provide documentation and walkthroughs to ensure your team understands the delivered solution and can operate it confidently.
