Core coverage includes:
Day-to-day NetSuite admin support
Issue triage and resolution
User access, role, and permission fixes
Troubleshooting existing workflows
Saved search and report fixes
Minor script debugging
Bug fixes only
No new logic or enhancements
If an issue impacts live operations, it is in scope.
This service does not include:
Net-new workflows, scripts, or automations
Proactive enhancements or optimizations
Module implementations
Data migrations or clean-up projects
System redesign or refactoring
Requests outside this scope will be flagged and scoped separately.
