This service provides short-term NetSuite admin and developer coverage to keep day-to-day operations functional during periods of transition or instability. It is designed to ensure business continuity — not to introduce new features or improvements.

Core coverage includes:

  • Day-to-day NetSuite admin support

  • Issue triage and resolution

  • User access, role, and permission fixes

  • Troubleshooting existing workflows

  • Saved search and report fixes

  • Minor script debugging

    • Bug fixes only

    • No new logic or enhancements

If an issue impacts live operations, it is in scope.

This service does not include:

  • Net-new workflows, scripts, or automations

  • Proactive enhancements or optimizations

  • Module implementations

  • Data migrations or clean-up projects

  • System redesign or refactoring

Requests outside this scope will be flagged and scoped separately.
